Interested in all things Pokémon? Join our brand new Pokémon Club! This one hour open session will offer several ways to engage with everyone's favorite pocket monsters, from art to trivia and even an opportunity to play Pokémon TCG! Bringing your own card collection is allowed though not necessary. No registration is required, just drop in!Please note, per our unattended children policy, that caregivers of children under 8 years of age must attend for the duration of the program.

Handwriting Helpers * Registration Required (Ages 5 and up)

Research has proven that there is a positive correlation between proper handwriting skills and increased academic performance in reading, math and writing. Learn correct posture, pencil gripping, and formations of printing both letters of the alphabet as well as numbers.All of this and more will be taught over four one-hour sessions, taking place on April 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th. Please make sure you can attend all four sessions before registering. Priority will be given to Madison residents.Please note, per our unattended children policy, that caregivers of children ages 10 years and under must remain on library property for the duration of the program.

Have you heard about the major changes to e-bike laws in New Jersey? Come learn about them, connect with local police, and share your ideas and concerns with staff from Project Community Pride! Representatives from the Madison Police Department and Project Community Pride will be available to provide information and answer questions.This is a drop in program and will meet in the Chase Room.
