Wildday ("we," "us," or "our") helps parents find kid-friendly events and activities near them. By using Wildday, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Wildday aggregates publicly available event information and displays it in a convenient format. We do our best to keep information accurate, but we make no guarantees about event details, availability, or pricing. Always verify with the venue directly.

No Warranties

Wildday is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or uninterrupted service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wildday and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service.

SMS Text Updates Program

• Program name: Wildday Event Alerts
• Description: Opt-in SMS notifications with personalized kid-friendly event recommendations near your location, sent at the frequency you choose (daily or weekly).
• Message frequency: Up to 1 message per day if you select daily, or 1 message per week if you select weekly.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe.
• Help: For questions about SMS notifications, use the feedback button in the app.
• Carriers supported: Compatible with all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We authenticate via Google sign-in and do not store passwords.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Wildday after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
