For parents and caregivers of preschoolers, enjoy springtime at the Nature Center with nature-themed stories, live animal interactions, and crafts. Held indoors or outdoors depending on weather. Class limited to 15.
Pond Exploration Program
Join a naturalist for a hike to the vernal pond and explore the water using dip nets and buckets to observe frogs, salamanders, turtles, and invertebrates.
FrogWatch USA Volunteer Training
Become a citizen scientist and help protect local amphibians. Learn about frogs and toads, amphibian data collection, and how to contribute to nationwide conservation efforts.
Earth Day Celebration
Festive event with fun-filled crafts including flower crowns, seed bombs, and fairy houses, access to the Live Animal Museum, stories and animal presentations, gardening demonstrations, and pond/beekeeping programs.

Summer Camp
Weekly outdoor adventures, immersive nature-based games, and interactive experiences with animal ambassadors. Campers discover nature marvels while developing curiosity, creative thinking, and compassion. Families can choose one or multiple weeks.

Two-week program where middle schoolers explore the preserve like an ecologist, experiment like a field researcher, and participate in hands-on STEAM workshops with naturalists. Includes intro to zoology with critical thinking about animal ambassadors and wildlife.
